What does parental leave look like at your organisation? Is it “traditional”, i.e. more focused on maternity leave, or is it possible to split the leave evenly? Is there enough childcare provision in your area or do you struggle to get enough hours to cover your working pattern?
Parental leave and childcare are very important issues in any industry, but when a large proportion of the workforce lives in very rural or remote areas, it can be critical. In this WiSA coffee morning, we will discover the “norms” of the industry, share ideas and offer peer support.
