Join Women in Scottish Aquaculture (WiSA) for a celebratory afternoon in Edinburgh
WiSA is delighted to host a gathering in central Edinburgh on Tuesday 8th March, 1pm - 4pm at the MacDonald Holyrood Hotel to celebrate International Women's Day and the 3rd anniversary of the creation of Women in Scottish Aquaculture.
Heather Jones, CEO of SAIC and founder of WiSA will open the event and will be joined by Mairi Gougeon MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs and Islands, as well as key figures from across the aquaculture sector, including: Lindsay Pollock (Salmon Scotland), Teresa Garzon (Patogen), Alison Hutchins (Dawnfresh), Emma Matheson (BioMar), Ellie Burch (Dawnfresh), Mary Fraser (SAIC) and Debra Nicol-Storie and Lisa Connell (Scottish Salmon Company).
A light lunch will be followed by informal talks and opportunities to mingle with fellow professionals from the WiSA network.
